RealTime Workspace

Virtual Drives are just like real drives, except they only exist in Data Manager’s database. Using this method, any other file, folder or even a complete drive can be copied into a Virtual Drive and restructured to create a personal workspace, without affecting the structure of the physical files on the disk(s).

For users in a mixed working environment, where different people have different methods of working, each needing various structures in order to maximize their productivity, Virtual workspaces are ideal, as any source data retains its true locale, and any file interdependencies (such as a paste-linked spreadsheet) are retained, irrespective of where the user places the file in the Virtual Drive).
